Kepler Mountain View offers 3 self contained holiday cottages along with Bed and Breakfast accommodation on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, one of the worlds largest World Heritage Parks.  Well appointed modern accommodation that will make your stay one to remember.

Located at Lake Manapouri with stunning views over the Kepler, Hunter, Takitimu and Eyre Mountains, Kepler Mountain View is the perfect place to base yourself while visiting the world renown Milford and Doubtful Sounds and exploring Fiordland.

At Kepler Mountain View we offer guests several options:

• Bed and Breakfast staying in one of our two guest rooms at Kepler Mountain View located on our 5 acre rural lifestyle block on outskirts of the Manapouri township

• Self catering in our self contained 1 bedroomed   Kepler Mountain View Cottage also located on our 5 acre rural  lifestyle block

• Self catering in one of our two new self contained purpose built  2 and 3 bedroom cottages located on individual sections in Lake Manapouri Village for an easy 2 minute walk to the Doubtful Sound departure point or to the lake itself.  The cottages are named Motu-Au Close Cottages and provide guests with the newest modern accommodation option at Lake Manapouri in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Kepler Mountain View is a 5 acre livestyle property at Lake Manapouri along the Southern Scenic Route on the fringe of the Manapouri township. We have 4 young male alpaca and 2 females who are due to "unpack" their cria in late November 2013.  We also have a flock of Wiltshire sheep (very friendly) on our livestyle property along with a small hazelnut and cherry orchard.  Our very friendly Tabby cat called Tiger also doesn't hesitate to greet our guests. 

At Kepler Mountain View our water supply is fresh Fiordland rainwater which has no need for chemical processing.  Enjoy drinking and showering in Fiordlands pure rain water.  Our properties are all fully insulated and constructed from renewable resources. We are carbon positive with a 25 hectare forestry block planted in 1995 which off sets our own carbon footprint.  We use a professional cleaner on our properties to ensure the properties are presented to a high consistant standard, our cleaner uses eco friendly cleaning products.
